According to estimates, cellulite affects more than 80% of women after 50 years, it can be observed among women with focal lipodystrophy, as well as among the very lean women with no excess fat. Materials and methods That clinical trials had been admitted 15 patients, the skin which have been identified 66 areas in need of treatment. Selection criteria for testing included the presence of focal areas of fat wrinkles and cellulite, the perception of the ratio of potential risks and benefits of treatment, the state of practical health and lack of pregnancy. The average age of the selected participants was 46 years old. All patients were standardized protocol of twice weekly devices VelaSmooth (production company Sineron Medical Ltd., Israel). Significant growth of interest in aesthetic plastic surgery is largely due to the emergence of techniques, in which the level of invasiveness is minimal or absent altogether. Endermologie promises to achieve quick results in the treatment of cellulite and figure correction, but in the long-term success was not decisive irreversible, thus limiting the spread of this technique cellulite treatment in health centers.
